On December 7, 2025, I placed an order for 2 blouses and 1 necklace on the Mint Boutique website. My goal was to have the items in time for the holiday season. It took over a month to receive the items, which made me suspicious. Because the items took too long to arrive, I reached out to the company to request a refund. The only way you can request a refund is to email the company. Their website claims that someone should respond within 1 business day. On January 18, I received a reply from a "Lily" claiming to be from Mint Boutique. She said, " Sure, we accept the return for you." She never emailed the return label, and I've been trying to contact her ever since with no response. I've made comments on Mint Boutique's Facebook page about suspected fraudulent behavior, and I get Facebook Instant Messages asking for my order information with no resolution. I even filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. For reference, here is the webpage on Mint Boutique's website with their return policy: https://www.shopmintboutique.com/pages/about-return?spm=..index.footer_1.1. Additional attachments are available upon request.= including email communications, Facebook Messaging conversations, and photos of the shipping labels noting a completely different company name.
