Xlantshop.com...claiming to be AT HOME retail store that recently closed in the Bay Area, California. Their website is: ATHOME-USCLOSED.COM. ***DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER ONLINE***TOTAL SCAM***!!!! I placed online order believing it was the real AT HOME retail store. Paid for the products items ordered ($83.68) USD and never received any delivery. I was persistent following up everyday asking for status of delivery. Each time received email response (only, never verbal, no customer service #), responding telling me to be patient, order was on the way Come 20 days later, receive email saying delivery completed. Checked tracking through "I17.TRACKING" system something, and everyday there was a tracking status: " Shipped from China; Parcel entered US PORT; Parcel at US facility, etc. etc." ...throughout process. Damnit, seemed so damn legit. Even named JS EXPRESS as the courier company. When I didn't get delivery, even checked with neighbors up & down my street, I was furious. Immediately emailed their " [email protected] " and what do you, NO more correspondence received. In fact, tried going back to the tracking status, and that is wiped clean, no history of tracking status found either! Thank God, I saved and printed the tracking update history before this SCAM COMPANY erased it somehow. I'm so furious!! WTF makes up people and companies like this?? Im so livid. If there is anything I can do to recoup my money lost and get these crooks prosecuted please inform me for support. This is just plain WRONG to the core!!!
