Update: Central Mass Home Warranty / Prime Home Plans As suggested by db2, I've posted a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General. I am also exploring filing a lawsuit via small claims court, but I'm a bit confused as to in which state the suit should be filed. I'm a resident of New York City, but Central Mass is supposedly located in Massachusetts, and Prime Home Plans (aka IWASI Group) is located in Florida. I've also learned of/found some additional information, though I don't exactly what I should do with it yet. The "contact person" and supposed VP of Sales for Central Mass Home Warranty is someone by the name of Robert Herrie. I learned this information as well as his email address (Robert@cmhomewarranty.com) [here](http://www.homewarrantyreviews.com/reviews/central-mass-home-warranty). In that forum, there is also a post by the guy that sold me my policy (Kevin Schmitt), saying that Central Mass does nothing more than acquire and sell consumers personal information to fraudulent companies. Also of interest are two responses to emails I sent. The response to the email I sent requesting help to Robert@cmhomewarranty.com stated that it was from Robert Herrie and that my "coverage" was through Prime Home Plans only, despite the fact that I was told all through the purchase process that I was receiving Central Mass coverage. He also stated that he would contact the "VP at Prime " in an effort help to solve my problem and get back to me. After a few days with no response, I looked over the Central Mass website for other contact information and found someone by the name of David Weisman who stated that he was the CEO (giving the email address ceo@cmhomewarranty.com), so I decided to send him an email about my problem as well. Boy was I surprised when I got a response......from Robert Herrie (who once again said he would get back to me). Apparently David Weisman isn't real, and any email address that is "@cmhomewarr
