They were running a ad on Facebook marketplace for a hot tub for $49.99 and when I first ordered I thought I was ordering from the home shopping network because their website is advertised as home shopping.com I never got the product and they sent me fake tracking numbers and tracking site to track the package which never got delivered to me but it kept saying out for delivery and delivered and I would contact them via email and ask what happened it says it's delivered but it was not delivered to me and they resent the package out five times and instead of giving me a refund that I requested after the second time they just kept insisting that they sent a new package out and that they can't cancel the order with until it's been delivered and so I never did get the product and I never was able to get a refund from them. Also all of the tracking numbers that they gave me would not register at all through the USPS system it would come back saying invalid tracking number.
