I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from www.sixfootoak.com website and paid by card on their site. The site looks very legitimate and professional and touts itself as a company based in the U.S. that provides ecofriendly and fashionable shoes. Within a week my card was debited the over $150, paid to a cong thien phu (vietnamese). It was originally flagged as fraud by my bank, but then, apparently my bank relented and paid the amount. I never received the shoes. I have contacted the company's support through e-mail and phone, but they keep promising a refund, which never comes. the person on the phone speaks very good english that leads me to believe there are Americans persons working with the scammers.
