Good Morning, I would like to report an internet fraudulent "breeder" in the Rochester, Minnesota area named Sky Paws Labradors. He is using a private residents address as his business site. And telling consumers, like myself, to show up there to see and verify puppy breeding conditions. This address is not his: 271 Sandy Point Ct NE Rochester, MN - 55906 We have grave concerns for the care and welfare of the puppies and also for future consumers. And especially for the real property owners' safety. When I asked this website to email photos of conditions puppies lived in and vet records - he kept telling me to come to this address to see (even though he knew he had to fly the puppy to my state of PA. When I questioned this address he got defensive and mean. This website has no identifying information...no phone number, no physical address listed. Only a form yo fill out.
