I made a purchase on 2/28/26 from SoftwareHubs.com for $108.36 (for a perpetual Microsoft Word license; I later discovered Microsoft no longer sells perpetual licenses). I never received a download link or activation code for the product. I called the number listed on their website several times, but it disconnected each time immediately. Also, two inquiries via their website chat went unanswered.
