The website (Sorel.us) was used by my grandma in order to buy boots for her other granddaughter for Christmas. This website is impersonating Sorel.com and has small red-flags, such as social media links that are not connected to any accounts, very low prices, and no email or contact center number to call. My grandma received a USPS tracking number after ordering from the scam website, but the shoes were never delivered. She quickly notified her bank, and the bank refunded her money, UNTIL the scammers found out that my grandmother filed a claim to get her money back. The scammers followed up by submitting USPS documents to her bank claiming that the shoes were delivered; Therefore, the bank pulled her money out again. My grandmother then went to the USPS store near her home and she was able to speak with someone who verified that the package went to someone else in the same zip code, but due to privacy concerns, the usps never reveals the full address, making it look like the package was signed and delivered to the correct address, but it never was. Further digging found that the domain is registered to someone in Berlin. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Sorel IMPOSTER] [Location: MN, USA- 55311]
