StockBCoin promotes pre-market stock trading. They guide you through building a funds trading account at Sottoc.com which is similar to a banking institution. Once funds are deposited then you do stock trading in pre-market stock trading. All goes well until you attempt to withdraw any of the funds. Sottoc.com tells you to send $42,500.00 USD for validation in order to release the funds. They tell you that once you send the $42,500.00 USD then they will allow your withdrawal and the $42,500.00 will be deposited into your account. That is where I stopped the bleeding. I refused to send the $42,500.00 USD validation fee and now they are charging me late fees for not sending those funds. I'm sure this is the part of the scam that allows them to take your funds and appear to be a legally functioning bank. I have lost all my investment.
