Purchased an item from the earth to sky store on spaceweather.com and seller Dr Tony Philips will not respond to my questions or my request for a refund. Haven't received product nor any confirmation of item shipping which claimed to ship within a few business days. Items being sold are claiming to have been sent to the Stratosphere but when asked how many items are actually are sent up (if I ordered more than a qty of one) if others are still legit he hasn't replied nor sent the single item that I ordered.
