Stacees is an online boutique selling bridesmaid, prom and other event cocktail dresses and gowns. I recently ordered - and received - a dress for my teenage daughter's semi-formal. We tried the dress on and just do not like the quality or fit for the price we paid, which was $157. Stacees.com clearly states they will honor full refunds of goods within 14 days of the customer receiving them. I filed a "return" ticket the day after we received our dress. Their "after-sales department" has given me the run-around since that filing. They will not provide a return label, have tried to sway me to get alterations they say they will "reimburse," and even have offered to make a new dress for an "additional $60." I have attached some of the bizarre correspondence with this company. I'm not one to be duped. This is a nicely made website and there are decent testimonials online that I am not realizing were probably created by bots. Upon searching this specific topic, I see lots of other cases where customers effort a return of a new, unused product to no avail.
