This company acted like they were from Sunbiz.org and stated they were filing state records on my behalf. I told them I was doing it direct but they already charged my card. I called them and told them their email was deceiving and to cancel the request as I was doing this directly on my own (this was for 2025 filing). I just got a report from my credit card company that they tried to do it again for 2026 without any communication from me and I had already completed filing back in January on my own. This company is fraudulent and will continue to try to charge your card if they still have it on file. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
