Community Reports

I have been looking for piano teachers in my area and was searching online and found this "SuperProf.com" website. I contacted 3 teachers of several they suggested. 2 "accepted" me. 1 didn't take me. That seemed OK so far. The first lady who accepted me tried to set up a lesson right away via video. I accepted to see what it was like. Then when it was the lesson time, the original teacher bailed out saying she didn't take a student like me. I talked to an Indian looking lady online, I think she said her name was "Tessa" and she said she helped this tutor arrange lessons. She had a headset on and had some computer screens behind her. She tried to hook me up with another teacher who I hadn't heard of and the person never showed up online so I quit. I thought maybe just this teacher was a flake and contacted the second teacher. This woman wrote responses to me online that sound like AI. She said she would write a 15 week lesson plan for me, without even talking to me in person, which was weird. She hasn't given me the plan in the time she said would. She gave a follow up answer that totally sounded like AI and I haven't heard from her since.
