I purchased green garland from an add on Instagram from a company called The Flora Grove. The items were described as beautiful, lush, etc. and the website had multiple positive reviews and pictures of their product. The product arrived (I assume from overseas) 3 weeks after purchasing. The items are not what the website and reviews claim. The Christmas garland is cheap, multi colored, and sparse. I then went onto the website to return the items I purchased and have not received a response from the company. I have tried using their contact box via their website and emailing @ support.thefloragrove.com and have not received a response. There is no phone number listed.
