This business shows up in google phone search records as a help desk for United Airlines. When they answer the phone they say they are a help desk for united and delta. When I asked "are you United" there was a pause and he said no we are a contractor working with United. I needed to cancel my husbands flight due to an emergency medical condition that required hospitalization. Just like the actual United agents, he asked for my husbands confirmation number and full name. Based on that he pulled up the flight information and was able to quote all the details of the times and dates and locations to confirm that was the flight to cancel. He even knew my husbands email even though I had not given that email to him because he said that I would have to be able to access the same email it was booked under to confirm that I wanted to cancel. He also said that because it was a nonrefundable flight there would be a $225 fee in order to receive the credit for the flight. An email came where we had to confirm the payment.
