I attempted to purchase an item that was trending on social media, a 2-in-1 bench/picnic table for outdoor use. There were multiple influencers on social media that posted videos of how easy it is to convert the item between the bench and the picnic table. Their posts all had links to the taima-us.com website. I realized after I ordered it, that it was too large for the size of my deck and attempted to cancel the order. I contacted the customer service email address, [email protected] and did not get a response. I attempted to click the link to their website and it was broken. I searched in google and found no signs of a company named taima that makes these 2-in-1 benches. I never received any shipping information, even though the confirmation email said I would.
