TechMedia Tools charged my dad for some online services, is this a scam? My dad does not remember at all signing up for their "services" (quotation because it doesn't seem like it does anything, to me at least). [**This**](http://www.TECHMEDIATOOLS.COM) is their website. They provided an email account and a contact us page on their website. I used the contact us form to send them an email with certain identifying information about the transaction (payment method, account holder's name, transaction date, transaction amount) to them on their form but when I click send it says the "thank you page" is not functional. Which is fine, that probably means their forwarding page isn't function but I cannot be entirely sure that my e-mail query has gone through. I did some digging up on their domain and it turns out the website was registered on Jan 30th, 2015 (according to [Whois](http://www.whois.com)) There is literally nothing else about this company/website and they suspiciously provide no information about themselves. It just seems like a filler website designed to extract payments from people? Any one have any idea on what I should do? Btw, they mention on their signup page the payment amount of $89.90 + $4.95 fee which is roughly what we have been charged. Bank has been contacted but I'm not sure what will happen in regards to that. We live in the UAE.
