Internet company maybe a scam...or just terrible customer service First off, I would just like to apologise in case this is not considered an actual scam, and just poor customer service. Apologies to the mods if needs deleting. Basically, I ordered a mobile phone over the internet after much searching instores. I was quite attached to my old phone so I got the same one, but could only purchase it over internet. The company has lied to me time and time again about the delivery of my phone, and it has been weeks. According to one website, I'm not the only phone that this company has screwed over. It is a Hong Kong and Australian company, so thought it was worthwhile posting here (and elsewhere) to ensure that others do not fall into the trap of ordering from...Techoni Technologies! http://www.techoni.com.au/ As far as I can see, it is a 'legitimate' company, in that it has an ABN (Australian Business Number). But they still scam customers by not sending customers orders, not replying to customers, not allowing customers to talk to anyone over the phone... Just trying to help out other naive people like me. Thanks.
