Techwearclub.com offers a free return policy within 30 days. When the product they provided had a problem, I attempted to contact them to return the item. None of their means of contact worked: the phone number has a recorded message saying that callers should use the website or email the email continually bounced my messages with a mailer daemon notification that the email box was full the website contact page had a verification code that, when used, continually said that the verification code was invalid. Ordered an item from techwearclub.com on 2/5/26. Within days they emailed me my order was ready to ship. Then the tracking info was for tracking through their website that doesn’t work. Check my orders and it says awaiting shipping. Emailed the company for updates and they said it was ready to ship and will be shipped as soon as possible. Asked them to cancel my order and they send the same response that my order is ready to ship. Month later ask for update and same response.
