7/25/2025 - purchased Atlas Vertical Wind Turbine Generator (10 KW) $758.00 from their online store. I never received my product. I sent support tickets for ETA on 9/10/25, 09/19/25, 12/01/25, 2/17/26, 4/7/26. I have requested ETA on product delivery or refund purchase. The reply was we are so sorry, someone will contact you shortly and never got any follow ups. It does not take 9+ months to product the product. I receive regular marketing emails weekly that show their products are shipping globally.
