Clever Investor. Is it on the up and up? So it sounds like a major scam to me, since they charged my mother-in-law $999 for a series of "Webinars" that are supposed to teach her how to make money on reverse short sale real estate ventures. It sounds not only scammy, but like a really shitty thing to do even if it's all legit. Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? They allegedly have a 30 day money back policy, and I don't have time to immerse myself into real estate law to save her from falling for yet another internet scam. Any help is appreciated. It sounds more and more like a Multi-level/pyramid scheme the deeper I dig. Still can't find anything at all that criticizes this guy or his work/system, but all I find on him are glowing reviews on webpages and blogs that almost feel like they were made for the sole purpose of promoting this guy. http://thecollectivegenius.com/
