[US] Hypothesis Scrubs - avoid this vendor Never buy from thehypothesis.com Stole my money by refusing to refund after return was complete TLDR; I made an authorized return, the vendor confirmed that they received the return, and then they refused to refund me. They just stole my money. Details: Ordered some scrubs from this vendor, (2 items). Upon receipt, one was the wrong size, and the other was a completely different item than I ordered. I initiated a return, which was approved, and used their provided shipping label to send the whole order back. Their returns process says that they will not do exchanges and that you should just make a new order, which I did. While I was waiting for the second order to come, I received a confirmation email that said they received the return with both items. While I was waiting for my refund to process, I then received the second order. From that second order I decided to keep one and send one back (bad fit). I initiated a second return and went through the same process. I got a notification that they refunded one item. I figured it was the single item I sent back from the second order, but later got a second notification that another single item was refunded, so I checked the details. They only refunded one of the two items from the first order, and then refunded the second return separately, not accounting for the other item I sent back in the first order. I got zero response from customer service, so after more than a week I opened up a claim on PayPal. The vendor disputed it and linked to the two separate refunds, ignoring the fact that plainly only one of the two items from that order was refunded. They fought tooth and nail without actually looking at the documentation and PayPal made me provide the documentation repeatedly. Horrible experience, will never buy from them or Uniform Advantage again.
