Ordered Item from theinnovationed.com website on 12/10/2025 and received email from [email protected] with order confirmation. I didn't get any information on an estimated delivery but I believe I paid extra for "express" shipping. On 12/12/2025 received another email from same address with updated status on order as being shipped with status detail of "Debrecen,4031,Hungary,The shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin." Used site to check on order status and it had the same tracking number provided in email and a link to track the shipment to a website I've never heard of before (https://tracking-hub.com/) and it had the same tracking status. Over the course of the next 3 weeks or so got more emails with status updates that were very generic and cryptic, but essentially tracking something eventually making it through customs in the US. By 01/03/2025, still no delivery and the status update that day was "Departed Shipping Partner Facility in the United States". Then a couple more days went by with no updates, so on 1/06/07 I sent an email to the support email address above saying: It's been over almost a month. I ordered this with EXPRESS shipping to have it by Christmas. Is there a different tracking number for the local carrier? What carrier would be used here in the US? I think I should get at least a partial refund for this order." Later that day got a response from them with a completely different tracking website and different tracking number than what was initially provide, and from what was still listed under the order info on their website.
