Wasting would-be scammer's time (Craigslist rental ad, if it seems too good to be true...) This Craigslist ad was for a $900/month, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom remodeled house in a very nice, expensive area. I Googled the address and it had recently been listed for $1,900/month. I looked up the owner's information on the county assessor's website, this guy accidentally reversed them (I redacted all of that information, but if the owner's name had been "John Smith", this guy said his name was "Smith John". This is long, it spanned almost 2 weeks, and was super fun to do. My daughter, parents, and friends helped come up with weird stuff to ask/say. Spelling/grammar issues were intentional.
