RE: thundermallow.com........I was either on my cell phone or tablet just looking around, but honestly don't remember anything about this company. My wife noticed 6 different charges on our account that didn't look right and she asked me about and I seriously don't remember, so she had my debit card cancelled right away. Our bank-credit union's fraud/dispute dept. began working on. The phone number listed only gave a short message to leave name & order no. & someone would contact me. The dispute dept also said they were able to find an email address and so they emailed them and said that I had agreed to different terms by clicking a box, obviously more than 1 box and said something about 3-6 months service of VIP.....still in question about what this is. Our credit union closed our case because they got a reply email back explaining, but we never did get full explanation of what each of the 6 charges were for. Since our bank closed the case turned over info to my wife & I and we have sent numerous emails out asking for a full refund because I don't remember doing this and told them we're currently in a hardship and need this money back. this company had sent back a reply trying to explain, but was very vague and only listed 2 small charges, but never did explain the total $690.00 which was 6 different charges.
