I requested a free quote (an option listed on their site) from them and instead got a "Booking confirmation" saying that I was booked and confirmed for my move date. I replied back within 24hrs saying I was not going to be using their services. I immediately received a call from Dave the owner who cussed me out and called me a "Stupid Piece of **** Customer" for going with someone with a lower quote and said me and my husband were "fucking idiots". I hung up and before I could block the number he started texting me mocking me for going with another company. I looked him up on Yelp and google and there is no real company name that comes up and there is another company with a similar named owned by someone else who is getting bad reviews because of this person. His website lists FAKE yelp reviews. This company is trying to steal personal information and money and needs to be shut down. I am terrified because this man now has my address.
