The agent, James, tells you that the $39.00/mo they charge you after you buy their product is for Dr. Evans' Hands for Life Academy. Further, he says in an email, "Receiving your TorqueBall confirms that the subscription was authorized. Our checkout will not process an order unless the customer specifically ticks the box agreeing to the 7-day trial of Dr. Evans' Hands for Life Academy." Whoa! Illegal much?! In the screenshot, the check box SEEMS to be an option rather than a requirement. Too many reports of their shady behavior? Lots of BBB reports. James says the ONLY way to undo my subscription is to find an email that I surely deleted months ago w/ the subject line Welcome to Dr. Evans' Hands for Life Academy and follow the link there. Soooo, there is no way to unsub. I called the credit card & they will reverse charges. If they don't stop the subscription, they will report fraud. Don't be fooled by these people!
