I contacted the company multiple times in January through email, website chat, and WhatsApp. Through chat, a representative told me the piece was in the late stage of Quality Control, referred to as "QC." That statement was false. The company sent multiple emails asking me to rate their service and purchase more furniture, and discounts on future furniture. However, they provided no information about shipping my order. I reached out again and was assigned a "'sales advisor" named Ethan. Despite frequent friendly messages and emojis, the company did not ship the product. I was told, "Based on our latest system, your item is already with our overseas logistics partner." I attempted to call several times, but the listed phone number rang without answer. However, the company remained responsive online. After multiple follow-ups, a representative stated that they could not ship during the Chinese New Year. That holiday had already passed. The representative said shipping would resume in late February and that I would receive a tracking number. I received nothing. I contacted the company again in March and finally received a tracking number. My computer flagged the URL as suspicious and blocked access. Further investigation showed that the link, https://track.u-shipment.com, appeared to imitate a legitimate shipping company. The link produced an error code and did not connect to a valid shipping service.
