I attempted to purchase products from their online website. The payment processed and a fake tracking # with a tracking site track178.us was provided. The email communication reported the package was delivered after 31 days. No package attempt or delivery was made. I emailed the customer service email, and they said they would refund me; however, they never did. I followed up after the recommended 15-20 business days, and they have yet to respond. I purchased 17 items for $66.47 through TikTok that showed this company as the seller. After placing the order, I got an order confirmation followed by a shipment confirmation 4 days later. When I clicked on the tracking number it goes to a site called track178.us. For a few days it showed shipment movement through customs and then all of a sudden the site stopped showing my package. It confirmed my suspicion I had bought items from a fraudlent site. The price was too good to be true and I should have known.
