I had placed an order with them thru a link on tik tok, the users were advertising this business clothes. I liked them and they had good reviews however the first time it took them 30 days to claim they delivered my package , mind you they don’t even show you the exact addresses , they just give you this bogus site to track your package thru track768.com. I did not receive my order I even checked with my mail room and office they did not receive anything so I contacted their business , at first I asked for a refund giving the time frame it took anyway for them to send this to me. They offered to resend me my order but fast track, so I ended up settling for that because this was an outfit set I had wanted. Now fast forward to the second attempt at delivering- they did not deliver my package as it is stating they did this time it took only 11 days . I now demanded a full refund and that I was reporting them to the BBB website because this is unprofessional at its finest . You can’t even call them for customer service you have to constantly go back and forth on emails and wait 24 hours for a response . Their business needs to be looked into.
