I am traveling to ******* in a few days. The country requires a Digital Immigration card. I googled ******* Immigration Card and Travelsmarttravelfast.com came up. The site appears to try and be official. I entered all of my sensitive information into the site to include dates of travel, passport info and date of birth. I did this for my wife and kids as well. At checkout it came to $260 and I made the mistake of paying. I then googled cost of the ******* DI card and it is free on the country's actual site. The checkout said I should expect approval by 5pm. Within 2 minutes of the transaction I clicked cancel. The site indicated that it cannot cancel due to "my state". This is obviously not true. I called the number provided, the 800 number on this complaint, and it is not a real number. I got on with customer service which was AI bot. I asked for the cancel and they forwarded me all travel documents and said that they already sent me my DI paperwork and cannot cancel as services were rendered. This all occurred within just a few minutes of the initial booking. This company clearly just establishes pass throughs at an exorbitant rate. AI offered to send me to a human and I've been waiting for them to populate. This company should not be conducting this dishonest business practice and I feel like a fool for having fallen for their scam.
