I made a purchase of a product from an online Seller named: UntilGone.com, who was advertised to me on my PayPal account while paying my PayPal bill (...so I figured this company was legit). I purchased a Microsoft Office digital download software program. When I went to install it, I discovered it would not work on my Microsoft Windows 7 Computer due to compatibility issues with the older Operating System. UntilGone.com would not allow returns on this digital software purchase - so I tucked the Non-Working download email instructions away - until I could someday afford to purchase a Windows 11 computer to replace my otherwise still good and working Windows 7 computer. Ten months passed before I bought the new Windows 11 computer, and when I again tried to install the digital download software program I had purchased from UntilGone.com, I found that the download Link no longer worked. (It gave me a 404 page not found Error Message, as shown in the attachment.) So, I contacted UntilGone.com, using their website's Help "Chat" function, and was provided with a working website Link, and new instructions to download my digital software. No matter how many times I tried, It did NOT work! I made repeated attempts, and contacted their Customer Service about this multiple times, via both Chat & email - but I could not get this digital software program to work. The reason? It said the "License Key is NOT Valid" - as shown in the enclosed attachment. UntilGone.com refused to send a Valid Key, or a replacement/working product. I spent several weeks going back and forth with UntilGone.com on this matter, trying all their suggested solutions - but the License Key they sent me always showed as NOT valid. Somehow, according to UntilGone.com, this was my problem - not theirs - and they refused to resolve this issue. I asked this to be sent up to a Manager Level for review.
