I ordered a product from urbantufting.com, was charged, and never received the product. I reached out multiple times via phone and email and no one has gotten back to me. The one time I heard from “The Urban Tufting Team” was when I emailed from a different email address to ask for help ordering a product I was interested in. They responded almost immediately asking what product I wanted and how they could help me place my order. I responded that I had already placed an order, provided my order confirmation number, and asked when I could expect shipping confirmation. No one responded. It has been over a month and I have not heard back from them. The phone number listed on the website appears to be disconnected. The page on their website titled “Order Tracking” is also blank.
