Website, us-passports.org appeared to me to be aligned with the US government. I thought I was applying for a replacement passport. They charged me online, $94.00 and took my information, name, address, age, current passport number, indicating they would send me a form with my information. The form had incorrect information so I called to tell them of the changes. When the customer service rep took my corrections, she indicated they would send me the corrected form, D-82, via email for me to sign and submit. I received an email but it was missing the attached form. I emailed them and requested a refund which they denied on 11/28/2025. They are a scam and useless company. It has been two months since I paid them and I still have not received the forms I could have completed without their intervention had I recognized they were not legitimate.
