On February 28, 2026, I used the website usa-llc-filing.com to file an LLC. After completing the purchase, my credit card was later charged an additional $199 on March 11, 2026 for a “service agent” that I did not knowingly purchase or authorize. This charge was not clearly disclosed on the website’s pricing or services page at the time of purchase, and I did not intentionally select or agree to this service. After noticing the charge, I attempted to contact the company multiple times by emailing support, submitting a request through their business portal, and calling their phone number during business hours. I was only able to leave a voicemail and have not received any response. The company states on their website that they respond to support emails within 24 hours, which has not been the case in my experience. I am requesting a full refund of the $199 charge and cancellation of any additional services or subscriptions associated with my account.
