I was looking for a Santa suit for Christmas and found this website with reasonable price. did an online search of the company didn't find negative feedback. I order the suit and was sent a completely different set of attire not relating to Christmas, and of very poor quality. It wasn't until the order was received and I tried to initiate a refund that I quickly learned it was a fraudulent website with no other way to contact them but through a "support" link leading to an e-mail address. I ordered from usasantaclaus.com and was shipped a package from Keathers Fottyes. The order was paid via PayPal, shipped from Lerida, Spain to a company in Chicago, IL (Keathers Fottyes) sent to my address. I have printed off all order, shipping and attempts at correspondence as well as notified my credit card company of fraud.
