Vivid seats called me, left a message to call them back. Within 11 minutes they cancelled my tickets I paid 1200 for to sell them at a higher price # Location: Texas I received a call this morning from Vivid seats saying they had an urgent matter and I needed to call them. When I call vivid seats they have a chat bot that basically says you need to talk to their text agent and it actually hangs up the call. I tried calling a dozen times with different options and they all lead to the same outcome, you never get a person, they say use the chat bot, then hang up. I tried to use the chat bot and it basically said they had to cancel my order and there’s nothing they can do. I purchased 2 tickets for $600 and price has risen a lot recently, so I am skeptical of their reasoning for cancelling. I can’t get a hold of a person, which I think is by design. After talking to their AI chatbot the stated reason was an issue with my credit card info. However I was fully charged and the charge went through when I purchased the tickets and I can already see a refund issued on my credit card. So I am totally unsure what the actual issue was, and because I literally cant get a hold of a person and their customer support email is unmonitored I have no idea what to do. # MY CLEAR, LEGAL QUESTION IS: **Am I entitled to any sort of compensation beyond the refund? Is Vividseats.com Legit? Please help ! just bought 2 EDC tickets from vividseats.com We purchased them to avoid the tickets selling out on the actual website, but after reading some reviews im getting very scared. I trust you guys at reddit more than any review website, what do you guys think ? anyone with any experiences with the website ?
