My mechanic has failed to repair my car, and actually made it worse. What are my options? I live in Virginia, and I have a 10 year old car. I needed some repairs and looked around using review websites and settled on the one with the best reviews, a local Midas. I had a couple things done and was overall satisfied. They were courteous and helpful. And then they were met with a problem that it seems they are unable to fix. I had a problem where my car started jerking when I press the gas. Brought it in, they said I needed new spark plugs. Problem solved. One month and 2 days later, the problem returns. I schedule an appointment and the following day, my radiator cracks. Giving them the benefit of the doubt (spark plugs do go bad, after all), I brought it back. They didn't charge the diagnostic, but said I needed an induction service.) They also replaced my radiator. One month and 3 days later, the problem returns. By this time, I'm angry. I paid for a service that obviously didn't help, and my car is still shaking. They look it over and tell me that now it looks like the induction coils and fuel injectors are bad or going bad (some are already bad, others are on the way out). They say I can get along replacing one of each, or replace them all and be done with it. I replace them all. Not 12 hours later, the problem returns. And not just returns, it comes back significantly worse. The whole car is shaking not only with gas, but at idle too. It was terrifying and I had to drive with hazards on well below the speed limit to get home. At one point, I pull over and pop the hood to let the engine cool, and I start to smell burning coolant. That means they also did a bad job replacing my radiator. They are closed today, and I can't get in until Tuesday (have to work early on Monday, no way around it, major meeting). I was looking up Virginia law on these issues and found [this](http://www.vlas.org/documents/508731Getting%20Auto%20Repairs.pdf). Sp
