Scrolling on YouTube when I seen an ad for wearlova.com, placed an order for clothes and never received them. Tried to respond several times via “chat” on their website with no response Dollars Lost $36 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Wearlova] [Location: MS, USA - 38862]

The Bloomingdale’s name was used initially. That’s what caught my eye, and the reason I hit on it to begin with. When I was ordering at the top of the page it said “wearlova.com” but I’ve attached a screenshot taken from my banking app and on that it said, “BLOUSEADMI” Dollars Lost $34.38 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Bloomingdale’s imposter] [Location: CA, USA - 96003]

the scammers advertised during the peak Christmas season. all i recall is their advertisment for cheap stuff at [Bloomsburg] or whatever ... i made four (4) purchases and received none of the four (4) purchases. they said my four (4) purchases were delivered at weird times in the morning (e.g. before 8 AM?) My first order involved 8 items. My second order involved 10 items. My third order involved 2 items. My fourth and final order involved 3 items. the whole ordeal has been a nightmare. terrible abuse to me. i'm reaching out to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for help. the abuse started with the first order i placed with wearlova.com on new year's eve (12/31/25). thank you. p.s. all four (4) of my purchases were made over the Internet (wearlova.com). p.s.s. i communicated with wearlova.com at the following two (2) emails regarding me not receiving any of my four (4) orders: [email protected] and [email protected] .
