I ordered bras from what I believed was the official Pepper website, but I later discovered the site I used — wearpeapprer.com — is a fraudulent imitation of the legitimate brand’s website, wearpepper.com The website was designed to look identical to the real Pepper store, with the same branding, photos, and product descriptions. The checkout process appeared normal and I received a confirmation email shortly after placing the order, so I initially didn’t suspect anything was wrong. However, the package didn’t arrive until over a month later, and when it did, the items were extremely poor quality. I followed their listed return process and attempted to contact customer service multiple times through the email and website form, but I never received a response. There was no valid return address or functioning communication channel. After researching further, I found that other consumers have reported similar experiences with this fake site and other slight variations of the domain name. It’s clear the intent of wearpeapprer.com is to deceive customers who think they are purchasing from Pepper’s legitimate business.
