on 12/19/2025 I foolishly purchased an item from an instagram ad for a silk hair bonnet from a company called wearsilky.com. The website seemed legit enough, I placed my order that claimed the item was 100% real mulberry silk. First red flag, the item took weeks to arrive, second reg flag it was a flimsy plastic package and inside the bonnet in another flimsy plastic bag, the item smelled strongly and terribly of plastic and chemicals, the package was also damaged, I knew immediately it was a scam and not what was advertised. on 1/2/2026 I contacted customer service at the email I provided, they do not respond but once a week, sending me to different departments to solve my problem, they then emailed me on January 17th, 2026, to inform me that the package was delivered without damages and they would not give me a refund. I responded that their website offered 30 days returns when unsatisfied and that I was unsatisfied and did not want the item for various reasons and I want a refund and they can have their cheap item back and I have not had a response since.
