I am under the assumption that this may involve fraudulent or deceptive online business practices. Over time, I have traded ICO/IEO and crypto contracting using Hyperbit Exchange platform and my investment had grown significantly, showing profits totaling $8,796,212.78 USDT. On December 01, 2025, I submitted a request to withdraw my funds. Since that time, my withdrawal has not been processed. I have contacted HyperBit Exchange customer support multiple times from [December 01, 2025 – December 27, 2025] via Telegram, but I have not received my funds as of yet. At that point, HyperBit Exchange informed me that I must first pay an additional fee of $150,000 before my withdrawal could be processed. As of January 06, 2026, the amount of $8,796,212.78 USDT is being displayed in my digital wallet and it remains inaccessible. Communication from the platform has been limited, delayed, or non-responsive. I am submitting this complaint to document the incident and to request any assistance, guidance, or investigation deemed appropriate.
