We invested a total of $36,000 based on representations that Why Unified would build, manage, and operate these e-commerce channels, generating meaningful revenue. The sales process included assurances regarding performance, support, and a refund process if expectations were not met. Over the course of approximately one year, all three channels (Amazon, Walmart, and eBay) were opened and operated under Why Unified’s management. However, the total revenue generated across all platforms during this entire period was less than $1,000, which is significantly lower than what was represented during the sales process and does not justify the investment made. Due to the lack of results and ongoing operational issues, we formally requested a refund. Since that time, we have repeatedly contacted Why Unified via phone calls and follow-ups. Each time, we were told that our case was “with the compliance team” and that a decision would be made “soon.” This same response has been repeated for over one year, with no resolution, no written decision, and no refund issued.
