On Thursday 1/1 I purchased two items (a laundry basket and a bag) from the business Wjliving via their website (https://www.wjliving.com/) and paid $71.48 by credit card. After researching this business further online and learning that others consider them fraudulent, I contacted Wjliving customer service by email ( [email protected] ) on that same day requesting that they cancel and refund. After three exchanges (in which they only noted their stock and offered discounts) and two follow-up requests from me reiterating that I am not interested in a discount and only want them to cancel and refund the order (with which they would not comply), I contacted my credit card company seeking help to cancel and credit the purchase. I am proceeding with reporting them to the BBB because after I replied the following, "I will accept no discounts or alternatives besides cancellation and a refund. Please process my request immediately or I will proceed with reporting Wjliving to regulatory agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB)," the business continued not to comply with my request.
