After completing this transaction, I discovered that the website’s presentation and structure closely resemble that of an official venue ticketing page. This created the clear impression that I was purchasing directly from, or through, an authorized venue ticketing partner. I now understand that Ticket Squeeze operates as a secondary marketplace, and this distinction was not made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process. The use of website design and messaging that may reasonably lead consumers to believe they are purchasing from an official venue source constitutes misleading representation and raises serious consumer protection concerns. I do not feel comfortable having tickets from a website that is disguising itself as another.
