Accidentally came accross www.wollut.com when shoping online for a purse that i liked. I accidentally clicked proceed thinking was going to take me to another screen to show the invoice details, but instead the $21.00 was charged. I immediatelly send a cancellation email but did not hear from them. The charged was processed two days later to my credit card. I looked online for customer service number and found the number I previously listed. I called to request for a refund and they asked me to confirm credit card info for the refund. Then they said refund was not going thru and immediately i started seeing various unauthorized charges to my credit card. The bank send me notification to confirm if i authorized the charges i said no so bank blocked card and reissued new card. Stay away from this merchant!!
