They replied stating all is good and the item had been shipped but stated they are still having problems with refunding the initial insurance payment. Then after delays, I received emails from Woods Continental Shipping (woodsintercontinentalshipping.com) ( [email protected] ) with tracking numbers stating the shipment has been placed on hold until the U.S. Customs stamp fees were paid. Knowing the parts requested was imported, it appeared plausible. They replied stating it would not be released until a delay fee was then paid. I proceeded to request a full refund from both parties but they refuse to, claiming once the late fee is paid the product will be delivered and all insurance payments will be refunded by the shipping company in cash.
