For example there are dresses and tops that show litter and 3D flowers, also dreses that show they are made in layers, but what you end up getting is a print on cheap material. The descriptions say that the clothing is embroidered when it is not. This company does a lot of heavy on line advertisements. Seeking what I paid for, refund money, have company list their address and phone number on their site. I saw a post advertisement from Wrenoin.com for women's clothing. I then went on google and looked up Wrenoin.com. After looking through their bohemian and viking women's clothing I purchased three high quality sweaters with my Prime Visa Credit card. After a week of no expected delivery confirmation date, I emailed the [email protected] . They said thy would urge the provider to complete the order and hurry up on delivery. I received the package and just looking at the unopened bag I new it was wrong. The weight of the bag was wrong for those three sweaters. Sadly, I opened the bag to see three digitally printed materials. I pulled up their google reviews, wishing I had done that sooner. Their reviews said "scam." I called Visa immediately and informed them I was scammed by Wrenoin and they stole my $91.77 and gave me some laughable plastic print objects instead. They said to reach out to Wrenoin's service email and request a return and refund and to reach back out if they do not. I then emailed [email protected] and they said all returns need to be returned to China. The freight uncurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer. Due to high shipping fees and long transportation, will you consider a 20% coupon and keep the items or send it to your friends?
