On February 3, 2026, I received a notice that they were canceling the order because the item was allegedly out of stock. They refunded me 485.26 EUR—returning the cost of the item but withholding the funds I paid for shipping, despite the fact that nothing was ever shipped since they canceled the order themselves. Since then, I have repeatedly brought this to their attention. I have presented clear evidence of what occurred and provided bank statements for comparison. However, they continue to rely on two false claims: either that the discrepancy is due to currency exchange rates (USD vs. EUR) or that my bank took a massive commission.
