I ordered an item from Youbooze.com in January 2026. It’s two months later and it still hasn’t been delivered. A week after the order was placed, they sent me a fake UPS ground tracking number. There is no customer service to call and they respond to emails with AI generated excuses/garbage. I just want my money back and they are not willing to cancel my order.
